M.Y. China at Graton Resort & Casino blends fine dining with gritty street culture and tattoo art for a bold, celebrity-driven experience. Walnut, slate, and blackened steel define two floors, including a main dining room, bar, “temple room,” and exhibition kitchen where “Noodle Dancers” prepare fresh dishes. Custom tattoo murals, laser-cut accents, bronze prayer wheels, and metal filigree details reinterpret traditional Chinese culture in a contemporary, immersive setting for 175 guests across intimate and mezzanine spaces.
