Luma Hotel’s restaurant balances loft-like openness with refined materiality. A blackened steel and brass façade separates the lounge from the dining room, where an exhibition kitchen with a satin brass hood and raw concrete columns anchors the space. Midnight-blue clay tiles contrast with white oak wainscot, while a full-height wine wall and patterned glass offer glimpses into the kitchen. Warm wood coffers, bold artwork, and backlit panels recall the Basque roots of the cuisine in a sleek, modern setting.
